Mr. Fogle, who is the founding member and supervising partner of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, is in his twentieth year in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law. Raised in the United Kingdom until he was fourteen, Mr. Fogle returned to the U.S. to attend high school and college.

He earned his Bachelors degree in English Literature in 1988 from Davidson College in North Carolina with a year abroad at Edinburgh University in Scotland. Mr. Fogle was awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from The College of Law at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia on June 16, 1991. Three days later he was sworn into the Georgia Bar and opened his Immigration Law practice immediately.

Mr. Fogle is a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals of the Second Circuit, the Fourth Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, the Sixth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. He is a longtime member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) been a speaker at AILA conferences and seminars and as part of their mentor program advises other AILA members regarding their immigration questions. He has recently been a Board Member of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, a non-profit corportation, dedicated to pro-bono representation of asylum seekers detained while attempting to enter the United States.

Mr. Fogle handles Immigration Court cases on a national level. He has handled cases in numerous US Immigration Courts including: Arlington, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Detriot, Elizabeth, El Paso, Honolulu, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Newark, New Orleans, New York, Oakdale, Orlando, Portland, San Antonio and San Diego. An expert on asylum law and deportation/ removal defense, Mr. Fogle has successfully represented clients in Immigration Court from a multitude of countries encompassing the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. An expert in Federal Immigration litigation, Mr. Fogle has won numerous appeals at the Board of Immigration Appeals and in 2006 for the Fogle Law Firm won an unprecedented 4 Immigration petitions for review (three published decisions) in the notoriously immigration unfriendly United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Since then, he has won several more petitions for review in the Eleventh Circuit, including another published decision in January 2008 and one in the Sixth Circuit and most recently another published asylum decision in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Over the years Mr. Fogle has also developed expertise in representing employers petitioning for temporary and permanent employees and has successfully represented several hundred clients in obtaining Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) through family and employment based petitions.

Aside from Immigration Law, Mr. Fogle has also successfully handled numerous Federal and State Criminal cases and Civil Personal Injury Cases.

Paola A. Chavarro, is a licensed attorney in the United States and Colombia.  She is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of New York, and a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, and the Colombian Bar Association.  A native of Colombia, she is also a graduate of La Universidad de La Sabana and La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Florida. Her wide variety of professional and personal experiences in Colombia and the United States are vital to better understand and serve our clients. Mrs. Chavarro is a native Spanish speaker and completely fluent in English, and intermediate in Portuguese. She is also a member of leading legal and professional organizations that include the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Association of Professional Women.  Prior to joining The Fogle Law Firm as an associate attorney, Ms. Charvarro ran her own immigration law practice, Chavarro and Associates.

Ms. Gorinshteyn is originally from Russia and obtained her law degree there.  After immigrating to the United States she began working for the The Fogle Law Firm in 2006.  In 2008 she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) from The University of Georgia specializing in the Immigration Law field.  She recently passed the New York Bar and joined The Fogle Law Firm, LLC as an associate attorney.  She has several years of immigration experience working for the firm and being a recent immigrant herself brings an excellent perspective regarding the practice of immigration law.  She is a native Russian speaker.

Julio E. Moreno was born to Colombian parents in Maracaibo, Venezuela.  The family immigrated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1991 where he has been an active participant of the Latino Community.  After earning a bachelor's degree from Emory University, Mr. Moreno worked as a Child Advocate in the Juvenile Court of Dekalb County.  While completing his Juris Doctorate degree at John Marshall Law School-Atlanta, Mr. Moreno worked at a law firm in Atlanta that represented injured individuals in worker's compensation, employment, and personal injury cases.  In 2008, Mr. Moreno worked at the Dekalb County Juvenile Court using the Third Year Practice Act under the supervision of the Dekalb County Public Defender's office and represented clients in court for a number of criminal proceedings.  Mr. Moreno has also practiced criminal law in Gwinnett County, GA, representing individuals on a wide array of criminal matters, including cases with immigration issues.  Prior to joining The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Moreno focused primarily on removal defense cases and family based petitions.  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, with admission to the Georgia Supreme Court, all lower Georgia courts and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.  Mr. Moreno is also a volunteer attorney for the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.  He is a native Spanish speaker.
