About
Saaby is a committed legal professional with a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, she demonstrated leadership and dedication to public service as President and Student Initiatives Chair of the Emory Public Interest Committee, Treasurer of the Criminal Law Society, and an active member of the Latin American Law Student Association. Her studies in trial advocacy, juvenile defense, and removal defense were complemented by extensive experiential work through the Juvenile Defender Clinic and volunteer service with Emory’s Immigrant Legal Assistance Clinic and Know Your Rights programs.
Drawing on a strong academic and practical foundation, Saaby has developed significant experience in immigration and defense law through a range of roles across Georgia. She has drafted legal briefs and motions, prepared complex case submissions before USCIS and EOIR, and assisted clients in navigating sensitive and high-stakes legal processes. Her work with juvenile and public defense cases further refined her advocacy and research skills while also deepening her commitment to procedural justice, due process, and the human dimensions of law.
Fluent in Spanish and currently learning American Sign Language, Saaby is passionate about advancing language access and cultural competence within the legal system. Her diverse background in both public interest and defense work reflects a deep commitment to community advocacy and ensuring that every client’s voice is heard and represented fairly. Through her dedication to advocacy and justice, Saaby continues to advance her mission of serving clients with integrity and care.
