Ximena Cuesta joined the Fogle Law Firm in May 2023 as an Office Manager in the Charlotte Office. She was born and raised in Cuenca, Ecuador. Ximena is a Human Resources professional with 18 years of experience in Family Owned, Industrial, and Multinational companies. She got a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Psychology and Master in Human Resources Management and Organization Development.

Ximena arrived in the United States in July 2021 to study English at the University of Colorado Denver. Her experience in Human Resources has allowed her to develop a high level of empathy and handle challenging situations that may arise in immigration processes.

Ximena is passionate about her work and helping people. She has skills such as: change management, adaptability, achievement orientation and team development.
